The new Wi-Fi optimization features supply modernized capabilities, including automatic problem resolution for wireless connections, including arcs, signal strength, and router-direct metrics. These features equip service providers with a global view, including the ability to remotely diagnose and remedy user-end technical issues with the click of a button. This enables users to measure their Wi-Fi signal strength and interference from other wireless signals based on the device location, rather than just that of the router, which thereby determines the efficacy of the connection at the device level.
