Friendly Technologies Enables Remote Configuration and Support for Cisco 800 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR).

Friendly’s TR-069 Device Management system enables end-to-end remote management for the Cisco 800 series, including provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

Friendly’s TR-069 Device Management System offers a standard-based and valid alternative for the Cisco Configuration Engine (CCE). By applying Friendly’s unique API capabilities, operators reach a granularity level equivalent to that of the Cisco Configuration Engine, resulting in significant cost savings.

The use of CWMP and Custom RPC protocols combined with the powerful Friendly TR-069 Device Management platform results in a unified and secure solution for automated deployment of Cisco customer premises equipment (CPE), including business routers series.

This capability enables NOC Operators and provisioning administrators at various sites to achieve the resolution of IOS Configuration commands beyond the standard RPC’s.
