Friendly Technologies Unveils AI Solution at Network X 2025

Agentic AI Transforming Connectivity Issue Resolution for ISPs and Carrier

PARIS, FRANCE, October 23, 2025 — Friendly Technologies, a global leader in IoT & Telecom device lifecycle management, unveiled its groundbreaking Friendly AI Assistant during a live demonstration at Network X 2025 in Paris. The new Agentic AI solution marks a major leap forward in how service providers detect, analyze, and resolve connectivity issues for subscribers.

The Friendly AI Assistant acts as a proactive digital expert that autonomously collects real-time network data from the CPE via TR-069 and TR-369 (USP) protocols. It interprets complex performance indicators — such as signal quality, interference, and device connectivity — to provide immediate guided resolutions or execute self-healing actions automatically.

“With the Friendly AI Assistant, we’re changing the way service providers engage with their networks and their customers,” said Ilan Migdal, CEO of Friendly Technologies. “AI has moved from theory to execution — our Agentic AI platform empowers ISPs and carriers to resolve connectivity issues instantly, reduce operational costs, and deliver a new level of customer experience.”

The solution uses a hybrid AI architecture, combining lightweight edge analytics inside the home network with centralized cloud reasoning. This design enables carriers to scale advanced diagnostics and corrective actions without costly CPE upgrades — a critical advantage for Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators managing millions of devices.

During the Network X live demo, Friendly showcased real-time use cases including:

  • Wi-Fi interference detection and optimization
  • Automatic channel reconfiguration and rescan recommendations
  • Performance anomaly detection with contextual resolution guidance
  • Instant customer insight for support centers via integrated AI chat interface

“Our goal is to empower operators with automation that shortens time-to-resolution from hours to seconds,” added Tzvi Skapinker, COO & VP Products at Friendly Technologies. “By combining intelligent reasoning with open-standard device management, we help carriers transform problem resolution into a scalable, monetizable service.”

These capabilities enable ISPs and carriers to reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), lower support costs, and deliver consistently high Quality of Experience (QoE) to subscribers.

The Friendly AI Assistant is available as part of Friendly Technologies’ Managed Wi-Fi and Device Management Suite, with full integration options for Tier-1 operator environments, OSS/BSS systems, and cloud-native deployments.
